Customer Service: Our customer service is open from Monday to Thursday from 4 pm to 7 pm and on Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm.

Exceptions to opening hours:

• Closed from Monday December 23rd to Thursday December 26th (Christmas)
• On Tuesday December 31st open from 10 am - 1 pm (New Year's Eve)
• On Wednessday January 1st closed (New Year's Day)
• On Monday January 6th closed (Epiphany)
• On Friday January 24th closed (staff education day)

One-time visits and new memberships are also available from the online store outside of opening hours.
